Rowley Way, Modernist Restoration
The Rowley Way project, designed by renowned architect Neave Brown and constructed between 1972-1978, stands as one of the premier examples of Modernist architecture in London. Our team had the privilege of revitalizing this iconic property, which had previously served as a council home and had lost much of its original charm due to neglect.
Our task was to restore the property to its former modernist glory by meticulously preserving the remaining original features and crafting bespoke replicas to replace those that had been lost. Additionally, we were commissioned to install a state-of-the-art luxury bathroom that harmonized with the property's aesthetic, as well as modernize and upgrade the kitchen.
The transformation of this property was a rewarding endeavor, and we take pride in the successful outcome of the project.
